I have read all the provisions of Sections 114 of the Mumbai Public University Act, 2016, and the relevant circulars of the University,, and guidelines for granting permanent affiliation and under­take to abide by the said provisions and the relevant circulars and guidelines. A true copye of the certificate of registration of the said Society/Trust is given in Enclosure 1, A copy of the constitution of the said society/Trust is given in enclosure-2. Information regarding the aimsand objects, powers and personnel of the said Govern­ing Body is given in Enclosure-3. A copy of the resolution passed by the competent au­thority in the matter of starting the college is given in Enclosure-4.

Information in respect of the non-teaching staff of the college is given in Appendix-ll in the proforma prescribed by the University. Buildings :- The building/s used by the college is/are owned by the Management of the college on permanent lease. .Information relating to buildings is given in Appendix-Ill. Documentary evidence in support of the statements made and information given in Appendix III will be produced when required.

Hostel: The Management/College has a hostel/has has other accommodation which provides lodging/boarding for men or women or both. It is located at There is a provision for Men and women students.

Residential Quarters for the Principal ;—(a) The Principal is provided with residential quarters at having an area of sq.ft.

The Principal is paid an amount of Rs. per month in lieu of the residential quarters. The amount paid is as per the rate of rent prescribed by the Government, (b) The Principal of the College has been provided telephone facilities at his residence.

Laboratories:-Information -about, the laboratories is. given in the; form prescribed by the University in Part-I of the Appendix-V. Information about amount spend on the laboratories in the last three years is given in part II of the Appendix-V. A certificate in; terms of guideline condition-II, is enclosed.

Library : The library of the college is located on the floor No , of the college building/campus and covers an area of sq. mts. The area provided for the reading hall for students is sq.mts. and for the counter sq.mts. Cubicals of suitable size for teachers have been provided. Information relating to the library is given in Appendix-Vi, Accession Register will be shown to local enquiry committee.

Financial Resources : The financial resources of the college are such as, to enable the management to make due provision for the continued maintenance of the college.
Audited income and expenditure statements and the audited balance sheet of the Society/Trust and the college for six immediate preceding financial years are given in Appendix-Vlll.

As the audited statements for the: preceding financial year/s are not available, the latest statements of Accounts together with the unaudited statements of Accounts for the immediate preceding financial remaining years are given in Appendix VIII.
   
 
A certificate in terms of guideline that the Society/Trust has met all the deficits of the college by way or out-right grant and that it under takes to meet the future deficit of the college, if any, similarly, is also enclosed.
   
 
Dead Stock registers in respect of furniture, equipment, Plant and Machinery will be shown to local inquiry committee.
 
Nature Donations .accepted: if: any and donation, conditions of any, especially with reference to reservation  of seats against donations etc, :

Reserve Fund -—The College has kept; as required by the University an amount of Rs. in the reserve fund of the college. The necessary information about the reserve fund is given in Appendix-IX. An irrevocable trust deed has also been-executed as per the requirement of the University in this behalf and the; names of trustees have been reported to the University vide this office letter No. dated -- Reserve Fund receipts will be shown to local inquiry committee.

Student admission and results :— The total number of students admitted in the college for various courses is shown below. Information about the subjectwise, classwise and divisionwise admission is given in Apendix-X. The college requests permission to continue the same number of divisions/to have additional divisions as under :—

(23) I hereby undertake that :—
  (i)
the rates of fees charged to the students shall be in accordence with the rates prescribed by the University from time to time;
  (ii)
the college shall not change or transfer its management without previous permission of the Executive Council and shall report any changes in the teaching staff including Principal and Librarian and all other changes that may result in any of the requirements of Section 118 of the Act not being fulfilled  or continuing to be fulfilled;
  (iii)
the emoluments, including allowances, that are required to be paid to, teachers and other employees of the college, are and shall be, in accordance with the grades and allowances sanctioned under the Statutes, from time to time, and that the rules prescribing the qualifications, security of tenure disciplinary matters and other terms of conditions of service of the teachers and other employees of the college shall be in accordance with the Statutes made by the Senate from time to time;
  (iv)
the college shall deposit such funds (including provident funds and permanent funds, if any_ with the University and College Development Finance Corporation, as and when established, as the State Government may, from time to time, direct, if the rate of interest offered by that Corporation for similar investments is not less than that offered by any of the Banks referred to as per the provisions of The Maharashtra Public University Act 2016 and guidelines of the University Act , and
  (v)

the college shall comply with all the provisions of the Act and the Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations and Rules made thereunder and the circulars of the University.
